Excitement as Comoros clubhouse gets underway!

Since breaking ground in September last year with the first house, The Grand Comoros has seen another 40 homes built with sales sitting at around 53 units. ‘Sales is a moving target at the moment as we are working with so many buyers who want to make The Grand Comoros their ultimate home’ says developer Edge Construction.

With an increase in demand for The Grand Comoros and sales exceeding the planned roll out for the development, construction of the clubhouse and surrounding facilities have been brought forward.  The development had a planned construction phase of 3 years, but with the sales of over 50 of the 130 units within the first 10 months of construction, the developers have put the ball in motion to get the clubhouse facilities underway. ‘The clubhouse is the heart of the estate, the place where our homeowners can go and socialize and make new friends. Our fast increasing population within the estate has sparked the early start of the clubhouse and we are just as excited as our homeowners to see this build go up’.

The medical centre and garages for the estate vehicles and golf carts have been built and plans for the clubhouse buildings have been submitted to council for approval. It is planned to have the clubhouse building and roof structures completed by the end of the year.
