First homes were commenced in September 2023, with our first residents moving in during Feb 2024.
To date, we have completed 40 builds with sales sitting at 60 units, averaging at 20 new builds a month.
With an increase in demand for The Grand Comoros and sales exceeding the planned roll out for the development, construction of the clubhouse and surrounding facilities have been brought forward. The development had a planned construction phase of 3 years, but with the sales of over 50 of the 130 units within the first 10 months of construction, the developers have put the ball in motion to get the clubhouse facilities underway.
